We are currently looking for:



Mechatronic

Main job tasks and responsibilities:
  • Developing smaller and larger prototypes of indoor gardening products
  • Analyzing, designing, planning and prototyping electronic circuits
  • Creating and optimizing 2D and 3D models and making them come to life
Education and experience:
  • Higher degree in electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.
  • 2 + years experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Expertise in product design, circuit prototyping, and PCB layout and assembly.
  • Extensive experience in personally creating new designs and seeing them through to mass production.
Key competencies:
  • Seasoned electrical/hardware design expert.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of industrial design, electronics and hardware development.
  • High competency with planning and executing complex technical projects, including resource estimating, scheduling, and executing on committed schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability and experience using speciality software.

Full Stack Web Developer

Your regular to do list would include:
  • Web store management
  • AB testing, UX design, behavior tracking, SEO, analyzing data
  • Creating and maintaining integrations using different data exchange methods
  • Participate in planning and design of new features
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best development practices
  • Create and maintain software documentation
General requirements for candidate:
  • BSc or MSc degree in computer science or equivalent years of work experience as a frontend and backend developer
  • Good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, JS, CSS, XML and ability to use different API-s
  • Ability to work with Bootstrap and JQuery
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

App Developer

Head of R&D

We are looking for Head of R&D…someone like our Smart Herb Garden – smart, technical and advanced!

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Hands-on leader and mentor to a growing cross-functional engineering team
  • Builds productive teams through strong recruitment mentoring and career management
  • Manages resources to deliver high-quality work amid shifting priorities and/or potentially tight delivery schedules
  • Works closely with marketing, product design and operational team to architect and develop lifestyle and industrial plant growing systems
  • Prepares and reviews technical requirements and hardware design specifications, and assures designs meet requirements
  • Instills best practices for hardware development, testing, and documentation
  • Reports status of product development to management
  • Proactively manages touch-points and development milestones with other departments to ensure a high level of communication and service
  • Sets KPI’s for engineering team and guides and motivates team members to achieve these

Education and experience:

  • Higher degree in electronic engineering, industrial design or mechanical engineering
  • 5+ years experience in leading a multi-disciplinary teams around 5-20 people (electrical/hardware design engineers, chemical engineers, industrial engineers)
  • 5+ years experience as a hardware design engineer, and electrical design expert
  • Proven success in building, motivating, and mentoring an R&D group
  • Expertise in product design, circuit prototyping, and PCB layout and assembly
  • Extensive experience in personally creating new designs and seeing them through to mass production
  • Experience in working with Chinese manufacturers
