Returns

We offer the BEST indoor gardens in the world, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns in 14 days, no questions asked money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a full refund, you must:

  • Have received our garden or plant pods from us in the last 14 days.
  • Have the original order number or purchase confirmation that was used during your purchase.
  • Garden or plant pods are unopened and not damaged.

To return an item to Click and Grow, contact https://support.clickandgrow.com/hc/en-us. Our support team will provide you with the shipping information and extra details if applied.


Full refunds can only be provided if the request is made within 14 days of receiving directly from Click and Grow and if the item is in “as good as new” condition. The returned product will be refunded only after the offsite inspection by our team. To request a refund for a product purchased with our retail partners, resellers (except for official Click & Grow Amazon account), or other third parties, please contact them directly.  Gardens purchased through resellers, retail partners, or other websites are not eligible for a return through us (except from our Amazon account). Please consult their return policies for more information. We cannot provide a full refund for any damages done to the device, not covered under our warranty.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Warranty Replacements

We provide the best Indoor Gardens in the world and they all come with a one (1) year warranty. Warranty replacements are eligible within one year of original date of purchase. To be eligible for a warranty replacement, you must:


  • Have purchased the product within the last year
  • Have the original order number or order confirmation email that was used during your purchase. If purchased through a reseller, retail partner, or other website, you must provide a copy of your original receipt

Warranty replacements can only be provided within 1 year of original purchase date. We cannot provide a warranty replacement for any damages done to the device which are not covered under our warranty.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the warranty return or warranty replacement are covered by us and will be processed to the bank card used to make the original payment. If you want to return the item for any other reason than warranty, you have to pay for the shipping fees yourself.

Damaged and Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective garden, notify us immediately for assistance. If our plant pod fails to sprout within 3 weeks, please take a photo of it and contact https://support.clickandgrow.com/hc/en-us. Our plants are grown in the most natural conditions, and the nature is not always easily predictable. With the photos of your plant pods, our gardening experts will be able to see what is the best way to help you. Some plants just need a little bit more time to grow, while others need to be replaced. The plant pod which failed to germinate can be replaced with any other  plant pod of your choice (of the same value), after the confirmation with our support team.
