Native to Central Europe, catnip is widely known for its mellowing effect on cats. It’s also known to have calming effects on humans. A cup of catnip tea has a sweet grassy taste with a hint of citrus.
Oregano can be translated from its Greek origins as ‘joy of the mountain’. It’s a very appropriate name, considering how popular this herb is! Oregano has a peppery taste and calming aroma that makes for a distinct cup of tea. It can also be enjoyed with honey.
